Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edward Mehrabian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Metastatic Prostate Cancer, Pelvic Fracture

RIP EDWARD MEHRABIAN (March 14, 1955 – December 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:50 a.m.

This appears to have been classified as an accident because of the bone fracture.
