(L.A.) Edward Castillo, 52, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edward Castillo, born in L.A. County.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:39 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
Note that there are multiple decedents named “Edward Castillo” in the DME’s database.
