The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Dorris Frazier.

Cause of Death A : End-Stage Renal Disease

Cause of Death B : Hypertension

Cause of Death C : Diabetes Mellitus Type II

Other Significant Conditions : Hemorrhage From Renal Dialysis Fistula

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Exsanguination

Cause of Death B: Arteriovenous Fistula Erosion

Cause of Death C: End-Stage Renal Disease on Hemodialysis

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Recent Cocaine Use

RIP DORRIS FRAZIER (November 3, 1956 – January 23, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:08 p.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s manner of death as natural. This was changed on June 3.
