(L.A.) Donny Criner, 45, Died From Alcohol Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donny Criner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute and Chronic Alcohol Use

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension

RIP DONNY CRINER (June 13, 1979 – December 14, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:26 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 28.

This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much within a short period of time in the hours before his death.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
