(L.A.) Donielle Williams, 53, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old Black male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Donielle Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Phencyclidine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Cardiovascular Disease

RIP DONIELLE WILLIAMS (September 10, 1971 – August 3, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
