Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Porter II.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fluorofentanyl, Xylazine, Ethanol

RIP DONALD PORTER II (December 31, 1980 – December 5, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
