Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Kinchel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
