(L.A.) Dion Truehill, 52, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Black male that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dion Truehill.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
