Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Black male that occurred on a public street.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Dion Abraham. Born in L.A. County.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP DION L ABRAHAM (April 11, 1977 – October 16, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
