Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Diane Wheeler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Morphine, Diphenhramine, and Mirtazapine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
