Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a public restroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Desiree Gallegos.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Toxicity
