(L.A.) Deshun Love, 54, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Deshun Love.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

RIP DESHUN LOVE (May 8, 1969 – January 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
