Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dennis Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Heroin, Fentanyl and Cocaine

RIP DENNIS RAMIREZ (May 14, 1992 – March 14, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:47 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
