Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black female that occurred in a hallway of a residential building.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Denice Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP DENICE WILLIAMS (March 13, 1966 – January 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:28 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
