The coroner’s office identified the man as Demetrious Henry.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Phencyclidine and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s forename as Demetrius.
