Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at a tent.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Delbin Rosales Garcia.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:04 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
