(L.A.) Deangelo Perry, 46, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Deangelo Perry.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP DEANGELO PERRY (March 14, 1979 – April 2, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:09 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
