The coroner’s office identified the man as David Walker.

Cause of Death A: Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Probable Ruptured Esophageal Varices

Cause of Death C: Chronic Alcohol Abuse

Other Significant Condition: History of Seizure Disorder
