Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at the Astro Motel in Culver City.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Villalobos Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl Intoxication

The decedent’s body had been found lifeless inside Room 16 of teh Astro Motel, whose address is 3850 Sepulveda Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90230.
