(L.A.) David Ruiz, 49, Died at an On-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred at an on- ramp.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Ruiz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
