Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Ledesma.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:35 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
