Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old male that occurred in a driveway.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as David Langdon and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:42 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
