(L.A.) David Herman, 57, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Herman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

RIP DAVID HERMAN (November 11, 1967 – March 7, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:11 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
