(L.A.) David Clark, Sr., 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Clark, Sr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl, Recent Cocaine Use, Chronic Tobacco Use

RIP DAVID CLARK, SR. (April 26, 1959 – March 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:37 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
