(L.A.) David Behle, 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Behle. Born in L.A. County.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Ketamine, and Heroin

Other Significant Condition: Coronary Artery Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
