(L.A.) David Alvarez, 45, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Alvarez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine
