== 52 Pueblo Bishop Gang Member Bandino aka Bandit 2 ==
The “Pueblo Bishops” are a long-established criminal street gang based in the Pueblo del Rio housing projects in South Los Angeles.
Federal authorities have repeatedly targeted the gang in major investigations, including a racketeering (RICO) prosecution that resulted in the convictions of multiple members. One of its longtime leaders, Kevin Eleby — known as “L” — was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison.
The gang is affiliated with the larger Bloods network and is also referred to as the “52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods.” The “52” designation is tied to the group’s presence around 52nd Street within the Pueblo del Rio area.
GTA World, a popular role-playing server, includes a faction called the ‘52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods.’ The fictional group appears to draw heavily from the real-life Pueblo Bishop Bloods gang, incorporating similar names, history, and imagery into its role-play setting.

“83GC” is as common shorthand for the gang for the Eight Tray Gangster Crips.
“Eight Tray” comes from 83rd Street in South Los Angeles, which is the historic center of the gang’s territory. In gang slang, “tray” is another way of saying the number three, so “Eight Tray” essentially means “Eight-Three” or “83.”
The full name “Eight Tray Gangster Crips” is often shortened to:
- Eight Tray
- 83GC
- ETGC
- 8-Tray
The “Gangster Crips” or “3x/Trays” identity became a broader alliance within Crip politics after the long-running feud between the Eight Trays and the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips.
