The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dasha Mcnair of Fontana, California. Born in Artesia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:12 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 11, presumably after tox results came back.
