(L.A.) Darrin Coleman, 60, Died at a Train Station

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Black male that occurred at a train station.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Darrin Coleman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Fentanyl, Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
