(L.A.) Danny Fuentes, 25, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Danny Fuentes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, and Methamphetamine

RIP DANNY FUENTES (January 31, 1999 – December 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:02 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
