Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Danika Valencia.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:12 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 27, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
