Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Danielle Walter.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Lorazepam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:00 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
