(L.A.) Daniel Zamarripa, 29, Died at a Warehouse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred at a warehouse.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Zamarripa.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:52 a.m.

The decedent was a non-union worker.

At 10:30 a.m., Employee #1 was moving a beam with a forklift. The beam fell on the employee, resulting in a fatality.
