Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a rehabilitation center.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Vazzano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Upper Airway Obstruction by Food Material (Pharyngeal/Laryngeal Bolus Impaction)

Other Significant Conditions: Schizoaffective Disorder, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
