(L.A.) Daniel Vazquez Puerta, 38, Died at a Warehouse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at a warehouse.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Daniel Vazquez Puerta.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effect of Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine and Alcohol

RIP DANIEL VAZQUEZ PUERTA (August 4, 1985 – March 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:46 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s full name as “Daniel Vazquez” and then later added Puerta to the surname.
