(L.A.) Daniel Stephens, 47, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Daniel Stephens.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

RIP DANIEL STEPHENS (November 1, 1975 – June 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:33 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

Note that the DME, the government agency in charge of logging deaths, has been very derelict in their duties as of late. Their database system was “upgraded” on April 25, which resulted in many of their automated scripts being lost, rendering the government workers incapable of cross-checking for basic mistakes in the facts they provide to the public.
