Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Skinner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Ethanol

RIP DANIEL SKINNER (December 19, 1973 – June 1, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:35 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
