Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Daniel Hernandez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:33 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
Note that there are multiple decedents named “Daniel Hernandez” in public records.
