(L.A.) Daniel Hadaway, 54, Died From Overdosing on Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Hadaway.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP DANIEL HADAWAY (June 19, 1970 – December 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:22 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
