Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dana White.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:48 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
