Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Damion Hoose.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Fluoxetine, Trazodone, Buprenorphine, Mitragynine, and Gabapentin
