(L.A.) Damian Rocha Zaldivar, 48, Died in a Parked Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parked vehicle.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Damian Rocha Zaldivar.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:21 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
