(L.A.) Dale Henderson, 59, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dale Henderson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP DALE HENDERSON (January 8, 1966 – May 13, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:14 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
