Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Dachaune Dillon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:53 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
