The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cynthia Kelly.

Cause of Death A: Probable Cardiac Dysrhythmia

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Blunt Cervical-Spine Trauma; Atrial Fibrillation; Hyperlipidemia; Chronic Kidney Disease; History of Hypothyroidism
