(L.A.) Cynthia Frichette, 61, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Black female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cynthia Frichette.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Tobacco Use

RIP CYNTHIA FRICHETTE (August 22, 1962 – November 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
