(L.A.) Crystal Best, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Crystal Best.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP CRYSTAL BEST (April 7, 1994 – April 1, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:52 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
