Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Consuelo Gallegos.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wounds of Head

RIP CONSUELO GALLEGOS (February 15, 1983 – March 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made at 7:20 p.m.

The government investigator initially stated on March 22 that the decedent had died on February 21.

On March 28 , the date of death was changed to March 21.
