Conor McGregor Arrested in Miami Beach
Mixed martial-arts star Conor McGregor was arrested Monday evening in Miami Beach, accused of smashing a fan’s phone.
Police say McGregor smashed a fan’s phone outside the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel.
Arrest records show that McGregor is being charged with strong-armed robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

According to the department, McGregor smashed the phone around 5 a.m. as the man was taking photos outside the Fontainebleau, home to legendary nightclub Liv.
The Irish-born brawler was to be booked at a Miami-Dade jail on Monday night. He is in South Florida on vacation as he prepares for his UFC comeback.
A few days ago, he shared Instagram photos of a night out at the Versace Mansion on South Beach, where the 154-pound lightweight fighter celebrated his mother’s 60th birthday.
McGregor spent the past week doing community service at two Brooklyn churches, as punishment for offenses committed last year in New York City. He was caught on video hurling a hand truck at a bus full of rival fighters during an outburst following the UFC 223 event at Barclays Center in April.
