(L.A.) Colin Walter, 41, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male who passed away in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Colin Walter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Amphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

RIP COLIN WALTER (July 31, 1983 – December 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:30 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
